The Mave is an elastic waist skirt with a drawstring, inseam pockets and an optional lining. The skirt can be made with or without ruffles in different lengths to create numerous options. You can use ribbon for the drawstring or omit it all together to make the skirt even easier to make. In class we will go over the best ways to cut out, gather and sew your skirt tiers.
SKILL LEVEL: ADVANCED BEGINNER
PREREQUISITE: Garment 201 or equivalent experience.
You should have previous machine sewing experience and have completed a few projects. You should be comfortable taking your measurements and using those to read the back of the pattern to determine the necessary supply amounts. Please email erin@pacificfabrics.com if you are unsure if your skill level is appropriate.
