It’s time to release your inner fashionista! In this class we dive into the world of fashion from inception to completion. Kids will spend their first day learning how a Fashion Designer designs their creations. We start with how designers work: creating mood boards, designing and editing until they decide which final design they will make. We then have the store to ourselves so they can pick out their fabrics within the budget that we help them create. After that, the fashion game is afoot and each child will make their own unique design that fits their personal style and fabulous self. No experience necessary and all supplies/fun will be provided.
We are so excited about our partnership with Made Sewing Studio and offering sewing classes for kids! Made Sewing is a local company that has offered quality sewing classes with a focus on teaching elementary school aged children since 2010. All classes have been carefully designed with children in mind to ensure a fun, creative and safe experience.
SKILL LEVEL: KIDS BEGINNER
AGE LEVEL: Ages 9 and above
PREREQUISITE: No experience necessary
All supplies are included.
