DIRECTIONS

Nestled in the heart of the SODO district, a stone’s throw south of T-Mobile Park, you’ll find our 4th Avenue Store, which has remained in its original location since 1917.

SODO is a vibrant and diverse business district with a strong industrial presence intermixed with retail, office and service businesses. SODO is also home to a burgeoning entertainment and nightlife scene, with bars, restaurants, clubs and event spaces opening up across the district.

EASY ACCESS FROM NORTH OR SOUTH – FREE PARKING

South on I-5 or West on I-90: Take the 4th Avenue South exit. Turn right on 4th Avenue S and drive ¾ mile south past Holgate Street. The store is on your left between the AM/PM Arco station and Pacific Iron’s Building Materials. We are located on the second floor above Pacific Iron & Metal.

North on I-5: Follow the Spokane Street exit for T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field. Turn right on 4th Avenue S. heading north. The store will be on your right just after you see Pacific Iron’s Building Materials. We are located on the second floor above Pacific Iron & Metal.
